If you want to build a lot of quality lean muscle mass then you are going to have to eat protein and lots of it. There are a lot of formulas out there to determine how much protein you should take in. It really all depends on how heavy you are and what kind of goals you have for putting muscle on. But if you are ever having doubts about getting enough protein just get as much as you can. You might not know exactly how much protein you are getting at all times but if you go a while and feel you should be getting more than eat more protein.
