any business and real estate is no exception. Well cover the best way to make your list of contacts, make a schedule, and the best way to reduce
distractions and maximize productivity.
1. Make a list of every person you know. Using Microsoft Excel or perhaps a comparable spreadsheet program(Google Docs gives a free service if you do not
have Microsoft Excel) that could effortlessly be updated, start adding the names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses of everybody
you know. Appear within your mobile phone, address book, Facebook, LinkedIn account, and so on. Far more is greater! This list is going to initially be your
lifeblood so take the time needed to create it as complete as you possibly can. P.S. it is by no means too early to begin telling people you see and know
that you are now in real estate, you never know whos seeking to get or sell.
